A 15x (15 times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. Cancelling the bonus will also result in forfeiture of all winnings earned through the bonus.

8.2 Closure at the User's Own Request

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team via live chat or email. If there is a valid balance, the account will be closed after the withdrawal process is completed.
